The staff is always so helpful when determining wine or cocktails! I tried the crab cake sandwich and it was delicious! Can’t wait to be back!

A group of us had went into the restaurant and was treated with disrespect and annoyance that we would even come in at 11pm with a group of 8. At this time, there was ZERO wait and many available tables.

Once seated, after a very lengthy wait, the server, a young short haired brunette was extremely rude to the entire party (whom might I add, has been a dedicated customer/guest/s of both locations for over a decade) took our entire drink order before then telling the manager that she wouldn't serve our group. The manager instead of assessing the situation decided to not wait on a group of people that have been customer/s of the establishment for years told us they wouldn't wait on us. I have worked in the service industry for over 20
years and I have NEVER treated a table or guest with such disrespect.

We came in with a party of 14. We were seated in a dark back room. We had to use the flashlights on our phones to read the menu. Drink menu is deceiving, I ordered an old fashion and was charged $6 for the drink and $8 for the whiskey. Had I known this was how the drink pricing would have been, I would have ordered a better whiskey on the rocks and spent less. The first drink tasted like orange and simple syrup only, not good. Everyone's food came out at different times with one person not receiving their food until after everyone else was done eating. Some people's food was cold, some had been sitting under a heat lamp too long which led to the croissant was almost burnt on the top from a warming lamp. Tomato bisque soup was watered down, brisket sandwich was not real brisket. The pomfret tots were NOT good. No one at our table liked them, they were pasty, dense fried mashed potato balls, basically. Our waiter had ZERO personality and was not friendly. When we left and walked through the front it was like a different restaurant. The tables in the front had good lighting and that area of the restaurant had a different ambiance and vibe. It was like we walked into a completely different restaurant. Not the worst place I've ever been but definitely not good. No one in our party was impressed, we will not be back.

I hosted an engagement party on the rooftop patio here and it was amazing. Bri was incredibly helpful with setup/planning. The food was great, the bar staff was awesome, and the atomosphere couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend! Shoutout bri!

Stopped in for a glass of vino while waiting for a table at Louie. Great wine selection. I think I need to come here for dinner next.

Putting GF next to menu items doesn't help if you give the gluten version of that item to someone with celiacs. Then they don't take full accountability to the person to whom you've caused harm. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

The rooftop at Sasha’s is a great venue for private parties, rain or shine. The rooftop is retractable and they provide heaters and blankets if it’s cold. They are very accommodating if you have decorations to set up or want to move tables around. They don’t have many rules or regulations to follow like most other event venues. Very flexible and low key. Great if you want to throw a low stress event.

Lackluster service. Been twice in the past week. First time, server didn't even do basic wine service/tasting. Just set the bottle in a chiller for customers to open/pour, didn't even screw the top off.

Second time, they had problems "splitting the bill" for a small group that was sitting at the bar. We weren't getting up and changing seats.

We've had two separate instances of people ordering a dirty martini and just given vodka straight up.

The espresso martini tastes like Bailey's straight up. The recipe is off.

For a place this busy and beautiful, it does not make sense to have staff and management that are often visibly agitated about following the basic steps of service and making sure the clientele isn't getting bent over the table. This isn't a dive bar and it's definitely not dive bar prices. This isn't NYC.
