I just had the best customer service experience at Sassafras thanks to the manager, Tiffany Prince. She went above and beyond for me even though she was off duty and clearly on her way home. I asked another employee about the salad I ordered because I have been having some digestive issues and the salad ended up having some items that I couldn’t eat. Wonderful and beautiful cafe in my favorite place in St. Louis - The botanical garden! The prices are affordable, the service is fast, the interior is unique and aesthetically pleasing. Ms Tiffany is the most hospitable, friendly and wonderful person that we met there 🤗 I feel proud to bring friends and family there when they are visiting us.
The staff are so so lovely at Sassafras Cafe - always so friendly and accommodating when I’m there with my toddler. Food is fresh, fast and reasonably priced. Great spot to share a meal with kids.
