We all know that the airport options for food are not that great. As a fan of the Schlafly in Maplewood MO I thought I'd give this a shot. It was seat yourself , late morning and people were conversing and mostly drinking. I waited a bit and then ordered the pub burger and fries as my flight was over the lunch hour. Surprisingly good turkey sandwich, fried are always great and hot. Somewhat charred sliced turkey (assuming lunch meat) with bacon, lettuce and tomato. Fries piping hot, seasoned with salt/pepper, and fresh, hot. Typical airport pricing $12.99 but I'd say worth the effort. Beer is cold, not a huge fan of Schlafly but the IPA is a safe bet if an IPA fan.

Not sure the service could be worse. I know they are doing their best with the labor shortage. Love Schlafly, but if pre Covid you could do better. That being said glad to have cold beer! Please support your local brewery.
