Such a cute spot, located right in the ♥️ of STL Hill in an old Bank!

Love Potion- 🤤💯♥️ our favorite- the Raspberry was to die for and came with a Raspberry Cheesecake Bite
Chai Tea Latte- classic and my go to drink! Was delicious 😋
One of my gifts for Valentines Day from B was a scratch off for date ideas! We had to find a unique flight of food or drinks! Nailed this one! Def a spot we will go back!

I am visiting from Los Angeles and stopped by yesterday to try their matcha, and I was supremely impressed. This is the best matcha I have tried in the city. It's a cozy coffee shop as well.
I gotta shoutout the service tho, specifically the barista Lilly!! After about 4 sips, I spilled my matcha all over my table and the floor, and she came over to clean it up without making me feel bad about the mess or that she had to clean it. I was fully prepared to clean the mess and wanted to, but she wouldn't let me. She also made me a new matcha for free. I will be returning again before I go back to Los Angeles. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality, Lilly!

Moving reviews over from Yelp and this was originally published in 2017:
As good a place as any to hang your hat and get some work done in the middle of the day. I'm not a coffee drinker but they do have a good selection of teas available and will refill your cup with hot water upon request. Wifi is adequate, plugs are available and the space is conducive to finding somewhere good to hole up with the laptop and knock out some work product.
The only downside is that they close at 6pm. Not a problem this time around because I was in the area for the ISC and that restaurant had a nice single-malt for me to enjoy while waiting a half-hour for the event to start.

This cafe only makes dark roast coffee. We had 3 different kind drinks and all of them were burned.

Although came this morning for coffee kolache and quiche and white mocha it was all horrible sad to say. Service was nice store inside was clean but food coffee was bad, food bland quiche had no seasoning fell apart tasteless comet coffee way way excellent over this place on food. White mocha was nasty taste and didn't even fill it up cup felt very light when I opened it was almost only half filled so basically 65 percent full in a small cup. Kolache tasteless chewy bland no seasoning. Coffee was bad too.i tried to tell my bf take it all back get money back, he was already in bad tasteless mood and threw it out in trash can. Never again

Best coffee in StL. Hands down.
I felt like the reviews really drew me in. They had good ambiance and rave about their bean variety and sourcing. They offered latte flights which is what made me come in and decide to try them, but I was thoroughly disappointed. I got the Vietnamese coffee, the pecan pie (part of the fall menu) and a pistachio and I’ve got to say they all tasted watery. When I got the flight you could see the syrup sitting on top of the drink and after thoroughly mixing them, I could only taste watery coffee. The Vietnamese coffee had the best flavor but was done poorly. For a place that claims to be true to coffee lovers and sourcing, the Vietnamese coffee should’ve been served properly… ie with a phin and done with a slow drip over the condensed milk.
As someone who loves rich, bold, and dark roasts, this place felt like a complete miss. The ambiance was great and the place was packed… but I’ve got to say I wasn’t impressed at all with the actual coffee or bakery items. Sad because I’m so close to this shop, it would’ve been a great addition to my favorite coffee shops.

This cafe has great coffee and pastries. When we went it was very busy and loud but the atmosphere is cozy. The almond croissants and pumpkin pop tart were delicious but the quiche we ordered was not good at all. The crust was wet and soggy, very little in size and no good flavor at all. Very disappointed with that but the pastries were delicious. I would go there again but they need to work on the quiche’s crust and flavor.
