I've lived in the Hill for about 3 years and love this place. My first time going I grabbed a sandwich, got some advice from the guy behind the counter about some local places to buy the best sandwich ingredients, and while I was outside eating the sandwich and watching some videos, he came outside, gave me a glass of water (totally unprompted), gave me a friendly pat on the shoulder, and told me "something to wash it down with, my friend". Amazing Italian loaf sliced perfectly for dipping in evoo and their specialty made to order option is always a party favorite. I highly recommend the bread wreath with a bow or the bread numbers for milestone birthdays.

Have many good memories eating this bread. My first girlfriend father worked at this bakery and or first date she made sandwiches and we went to tower Grove park for a picnic. I never tasted bread that good. The Italian loaf is amazing.
