Stopped here on 4-12-24 to get breakfast. The open sign was on, Google said they were open, and there were 2 cars in the parking lot, and considering the way they were parked, I assume they were employees. I sat at the drive-thru menu for 5 min, and no one ever answered. If zero stars was an option, that's exactly what they would get.

The owner/management has spent zero time and money to maintain this property. None of the stalls work and the outside is in disrepair. Windows are flithy, trash everywhere. The person that took our order came outside to grab my credit card and took 15 minutes to return with it. Finally received our milkshakes and they were a huge mess, spilling all over the outside of the cups and into the cup holder.

Shantai “Bountiful Bliss” Norman

The MOST raggedy, grimy, unpredictable restaurant in the USA! I was going to dine here until I noticed grime on several menus, which indicates the employee don't clean. Went to another menu, it was OUT of Order. I realized why would I consume food from this unkempt establishment. The entire restaurant is falling apart & filthy. I pulled off & will NEVER go back!

I honestly can't believe there aren't more bad reviews.Every time we go here it's AT LEAST a 35 minute wait & without fail something is missing from our order. Then you get to wait 10+ mins for them to even answer the button at the stall just to tell them they forgot something.Today is the 4th time this has happened. Our mobile order was ready at 12:37. We live 6 mins from there. It is now 1:33 and we aren't back home with food. Unreal. Everytime. They're also rude, don't respond when you speak to them. I can't believe this place is still open.

Don’t let the listed closing hours fool you, they randomly decide when their “last order” for the night will be. I was told at 9:35 pm (closes at 10 pm) that the person ahead of me was their last order, even though there were only 2 cars there and we had all been in line the same amount of time. Food is fine, none of their stalls work, some staff are great but definitely not all. I only go to this one because it’s the closest to where I live, but I’d recommend avoiding it if you can.

They take long time you can tell they hate working here Fast food workers in St. Louis underperforming but this was terrible These workers take they sweet time with your food hopefully it’s right and don’t let it be a bad day you will sit for 1 full hr & the food isn’t fresh most times when they come out they throw the food into the car the service is 0/10 this is no 5star restaurant

It is difficult to enter the business due to how it and the surrounding businesses relate to the main road. When going through the drive through I was asked to wait. And all I wanted to say was the order was already made. 10 minutes later felt like starting over. This is where a point of communication can be addressed to create a more effective way of doing business. I'm only pointing out what I recall from the experience.

Devil Dude

This store is in dire need of repairs, it would make the employees jobs easy as well as customer service, most of screens are black, causing card payments to not be taken and staff had to do payments inside, anyway I’ve seen a lot more restaurants like this, restaurant headquarters y’all need to make y’all places better for customers and employees
