Waited at a stall over 10 mins no one spoke on the speaker then moved to the drive thru waited for 10 mins in drive thru still no one spoke. Moved back to a stall and still nothing! Two employees inside can be seen filling cups but not one person that I have seen the entire time has been able to order let alone get their food!! Completely unacceptable!! All this just trying to pick up a door dash order!

They had to remake fries for my kids meals because they tasted like old grease. After my kids ate this. They were on the toilet all through the night and complaining about their stomachs. This was the last thing they ate. 3 yr old and 6yr old kids. I’ve NEVER experienced this at any other sonic or fast food place.

Went here to get lunch after work ordered for myself my daughters and my sister as well . I arrived home and noticed that they put everything in the bag besides my hotdog I then drove back up there because when I called the phone line was busy got up to the window and told them they left the hotdog out my order the lady then asked for my receipt and past me my hotdog I once again arrived home ready to dive in to my hot dog and noticed it looked off so upon removing the un chopped chili meat !!!! out the way I notice the burnt the hotdog not just on one side but all around which means it was intentional cause the cashier had a attitude while helping me I'm assuming she though I was lying instead of just accepting they made a mistake but instead she burnt the hotdog and yes I'm mad cause now I gotta spend money elsewhere and I'm hungry ? I will never eat here again

DO NOT GO HERE! There were Gnats floating in my drinks! I have never experienced such horrible service anywhere than I have at this sonic location. The service was very slow and awful. The employees attitudes were even worse and they showed no remorse, accountable or sympathy. In fact, that had a nasty attitude with me for their wrongdoings.

Pulled up 45 minutes before for closing. All of the employees were outside smoking and their were 5-6 young kids running in and out of the kitchen. They told us they were closed, and when I expressed confusion they changed their story and said they could only do drinks, and another person shouted NO WERE CLOSED.
