Family and I come in pretty regularly on Saturdays for lunch. We love it here and we love saying hi to Kipp and Ham. All the sandwiches are great, but gotta recommend the BLT. It's the best!
My husband and I went here regularly back in the 80s - we loved it. He died and I moved out of the country for almost 20 years. A friend recently visited from out of town, and I decided I needed to finally go back. So glad I did. Got the special - hot as we always did. Still as good as I remember it. Space has gotten a major upgrade, which is nice. Made my day. Thanks!
Bad ass! Used to live on the hill as a youngin and frequented southwest market often. I remember when entrance was on the corner. Anyway I used to get the BBQ beef sandwich, moved away from city and hadn't had it in years. It wasn't on the menu anymore but gentleman behind counter said he could still make it.
