This was boys' night out sort of. It started with a call from my older brother and trying to reach out to get me and my younger brother together because our spouses went to dinner. So we decided to go somewhere and out of the blue my sister's partner texted me to see what was going on. Long story short, we met and drove to Sportsmans Park to meet my younger brother. The restaurant is known for its turkey chili. I tasted my brothers it was good but had a little kick...
Okay, STL, how lucky are we to have such a great lunch spot??!! Service is always excellent even when it's toasty outside -- right, Pamela? -- still so friendly, professional and fast. Terrific menu with everything tasting better from their grill. A+ setting on a day like this with a light breeze. Super prices. Still the gem it's always been!!
Classic establishment. They don’t make them like this anymore, and there is no way to recreate decades of wear and tear and memories. Chicken tendies are amazing, potato skins are hand cut every day, and vibe is glorious. Highly recommend.
