I am very disappointed that Panera in St. Louis discontinued the gooey buttery pastry. Panera, St. Louis bread Company was founded in St. Louis. The gooey butter pastry is known for something from St. Louis. I think it is important to remember where Panera first started and keeping some of those traditions like the gray butter pastry.

This location is closed. Another location will open late 2022 across the street on Euclid.

I get Panera every couple weeks. Because of the pandemic I get curbside pick up. The app was not working properly. Which is more the norm than not. I called my Panera which is in St. Louis South County Mall. The lady was very nice that took my order. I told her please give me chips fir all orders not bread. She repeated everything back to me perfectly. I got there got my order and left to take it to one of my dear friends for lunch. When I got to her house I opened the bag to find no chips!! They were circled on the receipt so I know the lady that took my order did all set could but whoever packed it not so much. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I let it go the 1st time. It is a crazy time and mistakes can be made. I called later to let them know and see what they could do for me. The person I spoke to was so rude would not give me their name and said there as nothing she could do but say sorry. I told her I would take my business to McAlisters from now on. She said good!! Horrible customer service!!

I ordered last month and the wrong items was sent to me and the driver told me I can’t get a refund. I sent the items back with the driver. I would need to call the store and talk to the manager. I called and talked to the manager she asked for my information and said she would send me two gift cards never got it. Took a chance ordered a couple of days ago didn’t know I had the wrong items again but this time I couldn’t talk to the delivery person because they dropped it off

I love Bread Co breakfast souffle when I want something other than.my usual protein shake. I usually get spinach bacon but today I tried ham & Swiss. It was just as good. Unfortunately the Forest Park location is closing but I'll find another one.

The counter, intake customer service was pleasantly welcoming, pastry display irresistible BUT my ordered egg white avocado spinach sandwich was awful. The 3 avocado slices were obviously aged/rotten colored brown throughout the slices, the tomatoes appeared not fresh/wilted as if they were out overnight. The sandwich looked sloppy, part of egg from the sandwich was caught in the enclosure of the container. Whenever you purchase from anywhere check out your before leaving. As for me I discovered this intentional hateful mess presented through a sandwich once I was seated at my desk at work. This is why I gave 3 stars and the 3 stars are ONLY for lovely person who took my order & the pastry display; exceptional customer service.

This is a very good place to enjoy a good breakfast meal in St. Louis. The quality of bread is very good and there are many healthy breakfast options. The restaurant is also very clean and well maintained, and there are some options for vegetarians as well.

They are very busy location during lunch time. Regardless they still provide consistently good food. Though because of the high volume of customers the tables and carpets can be messy at times. I like how it is close to the hospital and near by things.

Surprisingly-good 'new' soup that I tried. I wasn't asked if I wanted a drink. (Learn the art of "up-sell", young man.)

I usually visit this Bread Co during my lunch hour but this visit was in the evening. It was not busy but the restaurant was a mess. It was difficult to find a table that had been wiped off and food crumbs all over the floor in both rooms. There was a guy walking around doing some work but not at all concerned with the dirty tables. It seemed that none of the workers were really engaged in there job that evening. Not the typical Panera experience.

This has got to be the WORST Bread Co in St. Louis. They consistently get orders wrongs & forget items in delivery. They also never answer the phone so, if you have to call for a forgotten item or your delivered order is wrong, you’re SOL unless you can get to them yourself. Ridiculous & horrible customer service.

Food was hot and delicious, staff was extremely friendly. I was able to sit and slowly enjoy my food. Great location too!

Reasonably quick service for early afternoon in St. Louis' Central West End. The staff was polite and friendly.
