Absolutely horrible experience from a service perspective. Not only did it take several minutes for someone to acknowledge me and take my order, but I was charged for a bagel and cream cheese that I did not order and the person who waited on me had considerable difficulty getting the order straight as it was. I got what I ordered, but I did not get the bagel and cream cheese that I did not order. And for that privilege I was charged extra.

Unprofessional. I walked in to pick up a to go order and my order was not on the pick up shelf. I sat and waited for about 10 minutes before asking a staff member (who was in the back eating) if the bag sitting behind their counter was mine. She said it was mine and had been sitting getting cold for the past 20-25 minutes. Multiple staff including the manager/supervisor had walked past me and that bag and not one cared to check until I asked. Would have been easier if they just put the back on the pick up shelf. Very unnecessary and kinda rude. And they messed up my coworkers salad smh

DISAPPOINTED!!! THEY DIDNOT CARE CUSTOMERS AT ALL👎👎👎

I’ve been a regular at this Panera for nearly two years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I paid extra to upgrade to a larger bagel sandwich, but what I received was half the size of the original—half the protein, half the cheese, and half the toppings. When I brought this up, the store manager was rude and dismissive, refusing to explain and simply telling me, “That’s it, take it or leave it.” No attempt was made to correct the issue or offer any resolution or even provide a clear sign to remind other customers like me.

This is not the level of service I expect from Panera, and if this is their new standard, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Inattentive, slow service. Guess it depends on employee perception of your affluence. If I was wearing scrubs, I probably would've been treated better. Good coffee selections and pastries. Prices a bit high for serving sizes. Very small seating area.Soup and sand wasn't bad either.

I see a lot of bad reviews on here.
I only come here once every couple months, earlier in the morning and usually only getting coffee through sip club.
It’s a small quaint location. Can’t speak for food because I’ve never ordered but I’ve never had any issues and staff is always helpful and friendly.

Parking: I usually go and park around corner on Lacelede by UPS store. Close convenient If it is earlier in day plenty of spots and use Park Mobile app to pay.

These people don't care about their food quality. The choclate croissants served here are hard as a rock. Most probably, they are selling 3-4 days old frozen stuff.. They absolutely don't understand how to serve them fresh !! Don't recommend it at all!!!!

I recently ordered chocolate croissants, and I was very disappointed. They were not fresh and had a hard texture, making them unpleasant to eat. The staff replaced them without hesitation; however, the new croissants were equally bad, and they said they had no idea why it was so. Unfortunately, this has been happening a lot recently. I won’t be ordering these again.

Buyer beware: I placed an order 24 hours in advance for 2 dozen bagels and 2 tubs of cream cheese. The order was accepted by Panera when I placed it. 10 minutes before pickup time, Panera canceled my order and cited the reason as “we’re busy this morning”. This order was for a corporate event that I now have to scramble to find food for in the next 20 minutes. I won’t order or shop at any Panera from this point forward.

Buyer beware. Arrived to pickup a prepaid $183 catering order and was told ‘my husband’ had already picked it up’. The manager did not apologize and told me I could be scamming them. I offered to show my ID. She said it was not their fault, ‘their job is only to make the food’. I had 65 people waiting on this order. I very upset. She would not do anything for me. It was a nightmare. I cater often for the large campus across the street, but I will not use them again.
