It’s Starbucks, the food is always the same consistency and quality. Where the real difference is made is with the staff. I usually leave from gate a, where the vibe of the Starbucks staff is upbeat, vibrant, and focused on customer service. Today I frequented the Starbucks at gate c, where I was met with sullen faces and no greeting, giving angry teenager.
Even though they were overwhelmed with the number of cranky passengers waiting on their orders, their attitudes were immaculately friendly and upbeat. They pounded out order after order faster than I've ever seen a Starbucks operate. Love this Starbucks and will always stop by here if I have the time!
I cannot believe that they have the staff doing Mobil orders on the busiest travel days of the year! Insane! Hoping working conditions can be better… very good considering their situation.
