I was happy to visit this convenient location for my birthday reward and use my stars for a cup of coffee. My food and coffee were both ready when I arrived. I dined in to enjoy my meal and saw the usual well orchestrated performance of the trained staff.I was finally able to taste the Chicken, maple butter and egg sandwich which had been out of stock lately when I wanted to order one. It was acceptable, but nothing special. As I left, I noticed a large amount of trash around the entrance. I looked for a trash can but saw none. Not a good idea if you want people to throw away their trash. Noone picked it up either which reflects poorly on management and the staff in general.

From a convenience point, it's one of the best located Starbucks in downtown St Louis with a drive thru. The establishment itself is nice. Drinks and food are often brought out fully cooked and hot. The staff are somewhat friendly but that's where my positivity for this specific Starbucks stops for me lately. The issues I have at this specific establishment are the wait times mainly. Without going into assumptions here are my observations from going here every other day for weeks:It's the slowest service of any Starbucks in the area. I've waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes with only two cars total in the line and when the line is full of feasible to be in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes on the worst of days. Going inside the service isn't any faster but can't tell if it's due to the need for more staff or otherwise.Other considerations...It's not a convenient place to park if you decide to go in rather than wait in line in the mornings. The lines block parking access or make it extremely difficult to go in and out of spots.

100% wrong drinks. Still wrong when corrected. Friendly employees though.

Too small, the wait was ridiculous and it was too crowded. I went to Starbucks today for two cups of coffee and two breakfast sandwiches. I waited over 20 minutes for the first cup to be given to us. By the time that we received our coffee and made it down the street to our destination, our sandwiches were cold. This was by far the worst experience that I've ever had at any Starbucks. I will never visit this location ever again.

From my experience, coffee was good; after I ordered, it took 10 to 15 minutes to get in my hand.

almost done

Very disheartening experience. I had never been treated this way at Starbucks before. Over 20 minutes waiting on my coffee which in turned my breakfast wrap was cold when I ate it. This is very disappointing!!!!

Nearly an hour after ordering a mobile order and when I finally got the order, the drink was the wrong size. The lid was not put on correctly so It spilled in my lap and my food was cold and had been sitting around for God knows how long. There is a serious problem with the way this store is staffed and scheduled. I keep coming back but I think today will be the last time. It seriously takes an hour to get a single latte. Corporate needs to send help to this location because it is struggling. On multiple occasions I’ve preordered and ended up having to leave empty handed after waiting for 30-45 minutes. I’m a pretty patient and understanding person but this is ridiculous.

It sucked. The people were very rude. And the person taking my order was very edgy. The Coffee I got wasn’t even when I ordered, and they wouldn’t give me a refund.

I feel like most Starbucks take a little second no matter which location it is.At this location it’s literally no purpose in going unless you have at least a hour to spare.

Sockets at every table and reliable Wi-Fi. I avoid the coffee but otherwise I'm a huge fan.
