I was happy to visit this convenient location for my birthday reward and use my stars for a cup of coffee.My food and coffee were both ready when I arrived. This location makes the best espresso drinks, they are always exactly what you order and are never handed to you covered in whip, cream, caramel etc. The drive-through employees are always helpful, attentive, and kind. I see a lot of bad reviews talking about management, and having to wait a long time, which is unfortunate. I’ve never personally had to wait any longer at this location compared to other ones, actually, I’ve never had to wait in abnormal amount of time any time...

This Starbucks is always short staffed so everything tends to take forever (by no fault of the baristas). It also has weird hours that tend to change. The staff is always friendly but it's clear they're overwhelmed.
