There’s one employee who is always prepping foods in the morning who is incredibly nice but I don’t think I’ve ever had a pleasant encounter with anyone else. I understand it’s a busy job, but if the customer is being nicer to you than you are to them, there’s a problem.

I go to the Starbuck's Dougherty Ferry location nearly every day. I do go to other locations from time to time, but the Dougherty Ferry location is my home base. The barista's and the store manager greet me by name the moment I walk in the door. They know my drink order - even down to knowing I am a hot and cold drinker based on the time of year. They have become friends that get my day started. I spend a lot of time working there. It's a comfortable atmosphere...

I come here about once a week for breakfast at the drive thru to get an PSL + Egg White Wrap and every time the employees are just so kind and welcoming here. I’ve never had such wonderful customer service and I appreciate how amazing the workers here are ❤️ Plus my order is always perfect!
