Ordered the ham and cheese croissant. Waited and waited and waited. They finally called my name and said they didn't have it. Didn't want to give me a refund but I insisted. Made me go all the way back through the line again and made me wait another 15 mi. For a manager to finally give me a refund. No I'm sorry, no thank you, no anything. Awful service and very unfriendly workers.

It's an airport Starbucks, it's pretty much exactly as I expected it to be. I felt bad for the two women working. They had an insane line and only two people to do everything. They were hustling trying to get everything done. But, it's hard to make hot food, make drinks, and take non stop orders, with a crazy line. I think they did the best they could given the situation. I suggested ordering on the mobile app if you want to skip the line, I ordered ahead and it took much less time to get my items!

Extremely long line. Cashier took forever to take people’s orders. I felt bad for the woman making drinks as she seemed to be the only one of three who did their job well. One worker spent time packing shelves even though dozens of us were waiting

Extremely slow service here. Waited 20 min to get my coffee, but they were so backed up I had to leave for my flight without my drink. Enjoy your $5 Starbucks.

The customer service was lacking, they don't make drinks in reusable cups, you have to pour it in, and they don't give a discount for reusable cups unless it is a Starbucks brand cup. And the lady at the register didn't really know how to make change. And as for the other one in the terminal (which Google maps does not have): they don't accept cash. People still use cash. Also, the customer service was lacking.

Even with long lines during the Spring Break crush the crew at Lambert Airport the team at Starbucks kept it moving and were polite to every customer.

I as a coffee lover, this is what happens when you try to trust the government. What you guys should do is not only make a dual kitchen but also have it to where people who want to come in for a cup of coffee and to watch airplanes, to have a large dining area with a glass door to where people enjoying their coffee can see the airplanes.

The guy making the drinks today was fast! Best iced brown sugar espresso I’ve had in months from Starbucks. Guy deserves a raise.

I spent about three hours there while my wife was in the casino. The coffee drinks were great and the staff wonderful. Very comfortable environment and seating. The breakfast wraps were very tasty as were the two coffee drinks I ordered. Calina and the other staff on duty were very courteous. (Ck #s: 5574326, 5574372 and 5574323.)

Racist. Asked for name of the white lady behind me and everyone else except for me - so everyone’s drink came out with someone calling their name but mine was just “Irish cream cold brew”. Condescending attitude at the counter too. Maybe next time put a “no-asian” sign up and I’ll know to buy drinks somewhere else!

I stood in line with my daughter to get a Carmel frappe for about 3 minutes. We then tried to order the frappe and Tori-14457 said we’re not doing frappes. I said it would be nice if you would put a sign stating that so we wouldn’t wait in line. “ Tori, said you’ll be alright you stood like for 2 minutes.” I told her it’s not even about that it’s about be courteous to others so they won’t be wasting their time. As I’m sure her time is valuable as well. She was like whatever and called the next person. Being in the service industry myself, it would have been nice if she’d say hey I’m sorry our machine is down at the moment but I’d try our sister location at the other Gate. She was just rude and giving us a blank stare, which wasn’t appreciated. I did stumble upon another Starbucks and ordered our frappes there. The gentleman there did say I’m not sure why they told you that but we got you here.

Messed up my order no apology or anything. I asked to cancel my order after waiting 10 minutes. She tells me she has to call a manager over and can’t cancel herself. Absolute terrible customer service

I'm currently sitting in the Starbucks waiting area at the airport and I have to say, the professionalism and care for the customers in the two hours I've been sitting here has been exceptional. I don't write reviews often unless it's terrible service, but as I sit here I needed whoever at Starbuck to know that the team that is working the counter right now is amazing. They seem fun and the work environment feels like something anyone would want to be a part of. I hope the employees at this Starbucks see this and know how great they are. Keep up the great work!

On my visit, I saw that it was very busy since there was only one person handling the orders. He was very polite and professional and told us his name was Chris. The food was above average quality.
