The food was fresh & extremely tasty. Thrilled the drive through was open, although it seemed a bit longer than normal ones would. Might help to have customers pull forward.

I don't know how to express my disappointment in this franchise. It has been the worst experience of service ever. From rude employees to very long wait times this place is a prime example of why stake and shake is failing. I will never eat at this place again. Good riddance

Been thru the drive thru multiple times during their posted hours. Building abandoned, no one inside. Waste of time to come here. Shame, used to be one of my favorite hangouts, guess they just can't find staff anymore

Just got stuck in the drive-thru for 30 minutes car in front of me, car behind.Guess all the employees walked out, none of us were served.. Had to wait for everyone to leave the drive-thru, all seven of us. Before I could get out. Wasted my entire lunch break.

Waited in drive thru line 27 minutes ordered chili and drink. Finally made it up to pay all good until I took first spoon of chili. It was cold. Cold store from parking lot. Their answer; Well if your chilli is cold all the rest are too. NORESOLUTION WAS MADE. DROVE OFF. STEAK N SHAKE STILL STRUGGLING with MAINTANING CUSTOMERS.

I had a tow truck flat bed. So I drove to the pickup window. The refused to service me because my truck did not fit in drive through. The person inside claimed that it was against company policy. WHAT A BUNCH OF B.S. in my mind. Since this location changed ownership the quality of the services has severely needs to be addressed.

6/24/2121 I got to the line at 12:14 then placed my order around 12:35 and came to the window at 12:52 and ask for my food. It was not ready and I had meeting at 1:00 and should come back to the company. guys said there are just 2 workers there and they are very rude ... I was regular customer for steak n shake and I will never never go there again.

They gave me cold fries and I specifically asked at the microphone for FRESH FRIES! Their not the best fries to begin with so to receive a COLD & CHEWY carton of fries was HORRIBLE!

About two months ago I ordered a Snickers milkshake online. When I got to the restaurant, there was a sign hanging on the building that said the shake machine was down. I asked the lady at the drive thru window about the machine being down. She told me the machine wasn't down, but that sign was hanging there from the night before because the employees didn't want to make shakes. After I got home and started drinking my shake, the Snickers was almost nonexistent and it was mostly just vanilla ice cream.Today, I ordered three speciailty shakes and sat in the drive thru almost 15 minutes waiting for my order. A lady (assuming she was the manager) asked for my receipt and closed the window. She came back a few minutes later and said here is your money back, our shake machine is broke. Why wasn't I told that when I placed my order? Because I'm sure once again it wasn't broke, they just didn't want to make shakes.Come on Steak n Shake....you can do better! Will not be patronizing my local Steak n Shake in the future.

This place sucks. Simply put. They block their drive through with cones mid day to prevent you from ordering food. They cuss you out when confronted with reasoning. Honestly, go to Freddie's, way better than this place, There's a reason all the steak n shakes in the stl area closed, and perhaps should have remained closed based on the horrible staff they always seem to keep.

Took a little time to get through the drivethru but the employees are friendly and masked and food was good but chili mac was a little cold so had to heat up when I got home.

Tonight's experience was extremely disappointing!! There was a strange man yelling in the parking lot and 3 items were missing in the order! After coming home and realizing food was missing, the burgers weren't even cooked! It was literally 1/2 raw!!! Those burgers have thin patties to begin with- how can you not cook this properly!! This is a major issue!! We will NOT be returning here. This locations needs to go over proper protocol when cooking food- meat!! Yes, the cooks are to blame but this is a management fault!
