This was honestly the best burger I've had from Steak n Shake! Since they reopened, the staff is really friendly and welcoming. I had given up on this location but this experience has changed my mind. I will be back!
Staff is nice but they need help! Hire additional help so the grill cook doesn’t have to hand out an order in drive thru that has been sitting for 25 minutes. We were charged for bacon, the bacon was forgotten. Fries were old. Buns were stale.Please hire some help so your team can thrive and clean their workspace! The front counter is disgusting. The female manager was nice, but stressed out trying to run everything short staffed.Good luck.

Tonight's experience was extremely disappointing!! There was a strange man yelling in the parking lot and 3 items were missing in the order! After coming home and realizing food was missing, the burgers weren't even cooked! It was literally 1/2 raw!!! Those burgers have thin patties to begin with- how can you not cook this properly!!
