Ok, I don't usually give reviews for chain restaurants unless something stands out. Well this one does. From the moment we walked in, the manager greeted us, we got great service, food was perfect, and the restaurant including the bathrooms were very clean. We visited again the next week, same experience!

This has to be one of the best Steak n Shakes i've ever been to. I ordered my food. Receive my shake prior to my order coming out. The order came out within ten minutes and it was perfect. The personal were friendly and customer service was excellent.

This is the best smash burger in STL. Never fails. I don’t think it’s a vibe to sit and hang. We always pick up or drive through. It’s made to order and you can tell. In the burger, the edges are crispy with a juicy center. Customize with toppings and get the shake. They stuck a whole Oreo on my mint Oreo shake. Not skimping on whipped cream too! Gosh I love it and hope it stays this good and alive!
