Waited over 15 minutes on phone to place an order my cousin sitting next to me called 4 different times too get through because they kept hanging up to get our orders in. Last week we went in there to place a order in because they wouldn’t answer the phone waited 45 min for go order to place the orders do received the order before a Asian lady who was sitting there before us felt bad about that. Heard from friends that you should go there. Ps felt sorry for the young woman the work that week she had to do all the work the first day with 45 minutes wait because the cook said he was allergic to bacon. I think she was overwhelmed because of lack of corporation from help. I think she needs some help because the guy that claims to be allergic to bacon would work at a slower pace

The worst service i have ever gotten not only at steak and shake but anywhere ever. As I`m placing my order in drive thru I`m told to " come on man " I guess the minute that I spent giving the order for myself and the other three people I had in the car was too long. Then as I ask him a question about a picture on the menu that wasn`t very clear to me, he says " its at the top of the menu man " which didn`t answer the question I had asked at all. It was at this point that I told him he could cancel the order. I backed out of the line and proceeded to head inside to talk to a manager. To my surprise the very rude person who had taken my order in drive thru was also the manager. This person should not be in charge of training anyone. I recommend that no one eat here if you care about the quality of service you`re spending your hard earned money on.

My 8 yr old loves the foot long hot dog because cus it's a foot long! Evidently they didn't have the right container for it so they cut it in half, she was very disappointed! They also forgot an order of fries w/our order!

Service sucked. It took over an hour for us to eat. The server was more occupied with her phone, chit-chatting with fellow employees (also doing nothing except for the guy at the grill who was actually working hard) and eating her bowl of chili, whilst I waited for my own bowl of chili. The food was good, once it got dropped off, after sitting under the heat lamp for 15-20 mins. It's not like the place was packed either, there were only 2 other tables of people eating, or should I say waiting to eat.

Food and price were great. Staffing however could use some work. There was 1 line cook, 1 drive thru worker who was also helping with food prep, 1 waitress also working as cashier, and manager that took 15 minutes to respond to a need for change from waitress/cashier.
