Horrible customer service. The employees have better customer service skills than the so called managers. Would not recommend to a prisoner.
Steak 'n Shake on Bellefontaine need to get a new manager if they can’t be on time to work when I’m trying to get my morning meal. And who ever the last person that had the register need to be fired because they shouldn’t have left until the next staff came. Yes I’m #hangry hungry and angry!!!!!
