Steak n shake isn't as good as it used to be. When I was deciding where to eat I was reluctant to choose it, partially because of some of the bad reviews, but I'm glad I did. Food was great and service was amazing! Unlike most locations, this one brought my food to my table! Not only that, but they gave me more fries and filled my milkshake more than most of the restaurants near my house do. I'm very pleased with this location. Also pretty clean.
Dietary restrictions: This restaurant has a limited menu and is independently owned. The menu may not have as many choices to choose from.Yet, you get the same great tasting foods.Parking: Drive through is the only option available, therefore, there are plenty of parking spaces.

This place seems to suffer from lack of anyone who has ever worked in food service. The had all the nozzles off the drink machine but didn't seem to know that was what was wrong with the machine. They didn't bother putting up a sign that the machine wasn't working, just waited until someone made a mess trying it, then told the workers the machines wasn't working before talking over the customer to say it wasn't working and they'd have to get the drink for them. Ingredients were left off burgers even though they were normal toppings that came with the burger.Food was still good, wait type not too bad, but they definitely need an experienced manager to come in and teach them basic things about how things work.

I usually have a great experience when we visit. But, on Thursday evening (3/15/24), that was not the case. Service was ok. They appeared to be employee challenged at that time. Our burnt burgers, on the other hand, just unexceptable!! When trying to call that night, there was no answer. The next day, still nothing. Check out the pics. TRASHED!! To be continued.

I was at this location on Feb 18,2024. The ONLY car in drive thru; simple order of chili 5-way no onions taken by Montrell . Got home and there was wet noodles with lots of beans on top ( almost like soup) no meat or cheese . I called 3 times and finally got someone. I asked for a supervisor /manager and the person said they were the manager hmmm which happen to be Montrell. He said just bring it back and we will fix it. Not one apology with the attitude . This is way restaurants are closing due to poor customer service. I live too far to bring back one item that they couldn’t get right. Do better steak n sorry. I see you don’t respond to complaints on your website either…..

The service is excellent! Every one of my questions was answered. I was having difficulty with the soda dispenser, and TWO employees came helped me out immediately. 3 minutes later, I was asked if I had everything I needed. Exceptional service!
The seasoning has become quite heavy on the burgers...tooooo much...heart attack style...I'm saying this because it's happened the last 3x....

My food was wrong. It was printed on my receipt correctly, but made wrong. They pulled me up to make my food fresh, and it was cold. This is the second time in a week they've messed my order up, needless to say, I won't be returning to that location.
