Steak 'n Shake offers consistent food and friendly staff, with a helpful hostess and cooks who check in on customers. While service could be improved, the food is good and hot, with a short wait time. The restaurant's prices are affordable, making it a great option for a quick meal. However, the floors and bathrooms could benefit from a deeper clean.
