This place seems to suffer from lack of anyone who has ever worked in food service. The had all the nozzles off the drink machine but didn't seem to know that was what was wrong with the machine. They didn't bother putting up a sign that the machine wasn't working, just waited until someone made a mess trying it, then told the workers the machines wasn't working before talking over the customer to say it wasn't working and they'd have to get the drink for them. Steak n shake isn't as good as it used to be. When I was deciding where to eat I was reluctant to choose it, partially because of some of the bad reviews, but I'm glad I did. Food was great and service was amazing! Unlike most locations, this one brought my food to my table! Not only that, but they gave me more fries and filled my milkshake more than most of the restaurants near my house do. I'm very pleased with this location. Also pretty clean.
