Thoroughly enjoyed every dish served to our party of 5. Service was excellent and we had a great family birthday dinner. Look forward to returning soon for brunch!
Enjoyed brunch on Easter...Impressed with service and quality of food. I would recommend any of the dishes ordered at our table: Apps - cheese curds (fontina gives a grate flavor) and grapefruit brulee (yum!); Entrees - biscuits and gravy (perfect thickness), breakfast burrito (stuffed full of pulled pork), and an omelette (again - fontina is perfect).
The food and service were amazing!! And I will be visiting again, whenever in the Saint Louis area.
Our server, Genesis, was awesome! She was extremely friendly, informative, and attentive. We will definitely be back for the awesome food and outstanding service!
Genesis - the bartender - is extremely customer service oriented; she is pleasant and fun; prompt service and check ins.
The service was spectacular. The food was not what we expected. There were little to no healthy options for brunch. My family ordered the burrito and there was no sauce, seasonings, and it will full of fat.
It’s like a neighborhood bar and grill elevated in the best way possible. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. They are a bit higher than your average pub but the quality and taste are so much better.
We had the Polynesian ribs which were delicious and served with a small salad that I’d have loved to have more of, and I’m generally not a big salad fan. I had the house burger and it may be one of the best burgers in the city. The real winner was the brisket dip my wife got. I was hesitant about ordering it because of the price but it was easily large enough for two people.
Oddly, the ribs were the least messy item we had to eat. Wear nice clothes but not TOO nice that you’ll be upset about ruining.

This restaurant was so good. Came here w my boyfriend before an event and it was amazing. Food came out in a timely manner, the head chef was so kind and even came to talk to us to ask how our meal was. We ordered the tiger rolls, steak friets, and a salad and it was more than enough for two people. The atmosphere was super cool too. Would definitely recommend coming here if you are ever in the area.

The food and drinks were amazing! Great service and an overall great dining experience. Best sazerac I’ve had in a long time and the salmon was delicious!
We had a very good Friday evening dinner at the Stone Turtle in St. Louis. We were seated immediately for our 6:45 reservation, and the service throughout the night was attentive and knowledgeable. The dining area is small and quiet, with a modern yet warm decor, low lighting, and an adjoining bar.
The smoked old fashioned was a highlight—served in a smoky jar, poured over a large ice cube into a whiskey glass, with a fun surprise: a little ceramic turtle frozen into the ice cube! For our entrees, my wife had the thick-cut pork chop, and I had the steak frites. Both were well-seasoned, cooked perfectly, and generously portioned. We finished the meal with a delicious chocolate lava cake.
They don't seem to have a dedicated parking lot, and street parking was a small challenge. Overall, the experience was very good and the meal felt fairly priced for the quality of food, drinks, and service.

We liked this little gem so much that we went there twice in the course of three days! Our first experience was in the bar with Genesis. (She was excellent -- upbeat, friendly, and positive.) Myleigh (spelling ::( ) was our server for our dinner the first night and was excellent. She was attentive and we wanted for absolutely nothing.
Joe took care of us upon our return. Unbelievably, he remembered us from our first visit, even though he was not our server that night! Again, friendly, positive, outstanding service.
The food was delicious; in our opinion that staff sets this restaurant apart from others. The owner clearly understands the importance of excellent service and its positive impact on the dining experience. Well done!

What a gem! This little neighborhood restaurant is fantastic! The bartender knows what he/she is doing (awesome sidecar, sezerac, socialista and smoked old fashion) and the food was very copious (the brisket was enormous!) and delicious (the special: cassoulet was very tasty) ! The best part was our server, Genesis! She was so sweet and helpful! I highly recommend this cozy restaurant!
