The 2 ladies working at this location were very nice and pleasant. my sandwich was made quickly. My issue is with the toppings at the end. I asked for lettuce, tomato, pickles, olives and red onion. I barely got any lettuce, so I asked for more and got the same little amount . It was the same for the tomoat as well. Definitely not the way it use to be. Haven't been to a Subway in awhile but if I can't get any toppings then it defeats the purpose of having someone else make my sandwich for the convenience.

After 3 attempts trying this location, unfortunately I can't recommend it. Sandwiches were made incorrectly and had next to no meat and toppings on them. 2 of the 3 times employees were talking on their cell phones in the back and we had to call out to them to get service after waiting over 5 minutes. Another time we had to go out and back in to trigger the doorbell that they had customers.

Got an oven roasted turkey and ham with pickles and honey mustard, and it was delicious. Had to walk a mile through a foot of snow, and I would do it again.

Gosh I wish I would've read the reviews before ordering mobiliy.This is my first and last time getting anything from here.
The steak sandwich is just nasty and didn't include the correct cheese.
They didn't read my note to cut it as requested and they plopped a big ol piece of red onion on the sandwich. I could tell the lunch meat was sitting for a while or something. It just wasn't good.
I usually can smell the bread of my sandwich which I love but my sandwiches didn't even have that classic subway smell.
Hands down for the last three weeks in a row I've gone to the Subway in Rock Hill on Manchester and gotten the friendliest service. The lady at the counter was genuinely nice and seems to really care about her quality of service. All the ingredients we're full and fresh that we added to my hot foot long sandwich. The restaurant was clean and organized. I've been eating half of the footlong sandwich for dinner and taking the other half for lunch at work the next day. I conclude that one lady's passion for doing her job well with a nice smile has made me and others into regular good customers as well.

This location in Rock Hill, avoid at all costs and go to a deli somewhere else in STL. $30 for two sandwiches and one wasn't even the one we ordered. Language was a huge barrier and staff didn't know what a Churro was on the menu. Sub"par"Way. Checkout pic of all the stuff the staff wasted on makng the wrong sandwich, refused to refund wrong sandwich costs and staff unwilling to share managers contact information.

Subway has become very overpriced! $14 for a sandwich here is too much. The quality is missing, and they usually do not make the sandwich using the proper meats and cheese when you order it by name or number.
