Every staff member we encountered was kind, friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. Parking was across the street in a garage that was easily accessible and secure which was reassuring.

We stayed here two weekend nights (March 30-31, 2024) because we were attending an event at the Dome (?) just a few blocks away. The staff was excellent and the rooms were fine, but the location is horrible for anything but going to the event. Barely any restaurants open on the weekends in this part of downtown, and the few that were open were packed (again, because there were so few options!). There is even a coffee shop on the corner next to the hotel...closed all weekend. The area is pretty much like a ghost town on the weekends. We would stay at this facility again if there were any semblance of food or entertainment in the area.

Was not allowed to check in on time because they did not have any rooms ready. What is the purpose of a reservation? It took 30 minutes to get breakfast ordered. A hotel should not be making people late to their plans. This hotel is too cheap to pay enough people to be working. Absolutely awful experience.

The service was great. The room wasn't what I expected. The cost of the room did not match what the room actually looked like. Wayy too much money for a room that size and look.

My college aged son and I stayed here last week on Spring Break. I read the book "Unreasonable Hospitality" last year and feel this group could write the book themselves. Everyone from the manager to the breakfast waitress absolutely nailed it. The hotel is great and very close to all the major St. Louis attractions. My firm's headquarters are in St. Louis and this will definitely be my go-to for work travel.

We were fortunate to get a suite with a substantial amount of room and amenities. The staff was great....they are operating on very few employees though. So, service takes a bit longer than in bigger hotels. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Parking is close. The hotel is older, so the elevators are small but generally fine. The neighborhood is slightly daunting since it is surrounded by condemned buildings. However, having stayed last year and this year, it does seem like the area is on the upswing. We'd stay again.

Great hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Good location. The room was clean and spacious, my room was without a refrigerator, and the bed was comfortable. The parking garage was $25 a day through the hotel, which was worth it. This location is walking distance to some great attractions.

The rooms are small but they're nice. There's a charm to the place. It is clean. The HVAC has a setting at 64 and won't go higher, pretty cold. The hotel advertises a restaurant that's not open. Their website shows hours and a great menu, but they aren't open. Hit or miss when the bar is open.

Room was beautiful, nice and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating we got a 7:00am check in which you don’t hear of often. Centrally located and is walking accessible weather permitting. My only complaint would be is the restaurant isn’t open unless the hotel is at 50% capacity and breakfast is a tad pricy. The housekeeping staff isn’t on at night so we were not able to get extra blankets and pillows later in the evening. Otherwise beautiful hotel updated and décore is nice. Fitness center is a good side and we were able to use the business facility no problem. Will 100% try to stay here again during the busy season to try dinner here.Rooms: Clean and decent size. Beds are comfy!Nearby activities: Walking distance to ballpark village and the arch.Walkability: Great central location easily walkable weather permitting.Food & drinks: Easy walk to tons of food!

Pros: It’s a hotel and we had a room as promised.Cons: Parking is incredibly convoluted, $25 per car, and they threaten a ~$200 charge if you lose the garage card. Room had broken trim, door to the bathroom didn’t stay closed and was run down. Hotel staff was rude and unhelpful.

Hmm. Stayed at the one in Kansas City downtown and this wasn’t really as nice.It wasn’t the cleanest and the service wasn’t nearly as good.I stayed here because I need spaces that are unscented and this one was, mostly, but seemed to have a slight smell on the sheets?Decór was really unattractive.I would probably look for other options if I was ever in town again.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stay at in St Louis. I’ve been traveling to St Louis for over a decade and I had never had a bad experience until this past weekend. So many things went wrong. My reservation said one price but the hotel charged me more unknowingly to me, the rooms were NOT clean. We found someone’s blood on our comforter! Also hair in the bathroom and one used toilet paper roll. The parking was a nightmare and if you lose the parking key card they automatically charge you $250 which was also not information provided when reserving this hotel. I will say the front desk lady that was there who called the manager about the double charge on my card was super nice. The manager didn’t realize the front desk staff had her on speaker phone and the manager was very rude on the phone and very unprofessional how she was speaking to her staff member and about us. The next day the manager did a 180 and acted super apoplectic which I felt was very fake. I’ll NEVER go back there and I will never recommend any family or friends to stay at that hotel EVER AGAIN.

Parking is in another building. You have to get a keycard to access the parking garage and, upon leaving the garage, must return the keycard to the front desk.Front desk took quite a while to check-in. When we got to the room we could not enter. Had to return to front desk to find out we were told the wrong room number.Room was quite small, but that's OK for an overnight stay. But the bathroom had a pocket door that would ALWAYS slide open. We had to jam a towel between the door and floor to get it to stay open.
