We stayed here two weekend nights (March 30-31, 2024) because we were attending an event at the Dome (?) just a few blocks away. The staff was excellent and the rooms were fine, but the location is horrible for anything but going to the event. Barely any restaurants open on the weekends in this part of downtown, and the few that were open were packed (again, because there were so few options!). The service was great. The room wasn't what I expected. The cost of the room did not match what the room actually looked like. Wayy too much money for a room that size and look.

Every staff member we encountered was kind, friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. Parking was across the street in a garage that was easily accessible and secure which was reassuring.
