Fantastic buffet with extremely nice and attentive service.
Union 30 was a pleasant surprise. Located inside Hotel Saint Louis, it has a beautiful historic atmosphere that feels a little more upscale than your typical hotel restaurant. The dining room is comfortable, the service was attentive, and the food was excellent.

The worst Caesar salad I've ever had, and I genuinely didn't think it was possible to do a Caesar less than pretty good. It was dry, barely dressed, and came with no roll or garlic bread or anything - and the restaurant apparently does not serve bread as a matter of course. The Parmesan shavings were the best part.
