I come here almost every day but today pissed me off! Food is good but that's it. 9/24/25 @12pm the lady taking orders in drive through was extremely rude! I couldn't remember the name right away of something I ordered the previous day and she got an attitude quick! Then started mumbling her frustrations when her headset wasn't muted and I could hear it. I drove off and went inside and ordered. The lady at the counter was nice. Upon pullig up to the pick-up window, the I had the nacho fries and put in my online order, that I wanted avocado ranch instead of cheese sauce. I got neither and my fries were ice cold. I also had a steak chalupa supreme, w/o lettuce. Again, cold. Not sure which one or both, but one of those items gave me extremely painful stomach issues, binding me to the bathroom for several hours. They were also out of the Frozen Baha Blast Mtn Dew.

The door closest to the street is kept locked, which is a major violation and fire hazard, but the restaurant was kept impeccably clean. This was my first time in a Taco Bell in a while and I feel that now that I order from a kiosk, the employees are much less personable. I got rice in my burrito that I asked for no rice in, but didn’t feel like complaining, so I ate it still. All in all a hard 4
