Placed an online order and was told to come inside after going through the drive-through. Ended up waiting about 1.5 hours. One of the employees was literally playing slots on his phone at the counter — I even asked him what his max win was and he said $280.

When I brought up a refund around the 60-minute mark, I was met with attitude, as if I was out of line for asking. They said they had a “back order of 10+ meals,” but only five people were in the store. No one was in the drive-through because everyone had been told to come inside (or that it wasn’t open).

Asking for a refund turned into an argument with the staff, even though I made it clear I respected the work they were doing (happy to time stamp). What made it worse is that I placed the order 30 minutes before I even arrived - food was in hand 2 hours post, which is crazy for a fast food.

Wouldn’t recommend this location for a late-night stop unless you’re ready for a long wait and an unnecessary argument.

I have been to Taco Bell locations from North Main, OFallon to Mid Rivers, St Peters. This Taco Bell has been faster, friendlier, and more accurate, than any Taco Bell ever.

I appreciate the revival of the 7-layer burrito. It was missed.

Please ensure your staff is not overwhelmed to continue satisfactory customer service.

I’ve never written a review before, but this Taco Bell visit deserves one. We placed our order at 1:30 PM and didn’t receive our food until an hour later. We ended up having to go inside because they suddenly switched to mobile orders only while we were waiting and said we would have to go inside because there was too much going on.

When we got inside, it was absolute chaos. There were at least 15 people waiting, and orders were just sitting on a cart—nobody calling out names or handing food out. It seemed like everyone inside had been waiting close to an hour as well.

There were only three workers, and it was clear they weren’t in any hurry. One employee was being rude, singing and dancing, and moving incredibly slow while people just stood there waiting. The woman at the counter would ask for names, then get distracted and start doing something else entirely.

Very disappointing.

This place is a hit or miss, if you see alot of people waiting in line, RUN!! If they are serving fast, they are really fast or just leave, there's no in between.

Hi, employee name Kiesha ( if am not mistaken ) was super rude and She was yelling at me while i was trying to place order. Her co workers also said me at the window , do not pay attention her. She is representing Taco bell so badly .

One of the worst Taco Bells I've ever been too. They always have their lobby closed to ordering food, not accepting drive through orders if you're not doordash, and the rice being hard or old. DONT GO HERE YOULL BE DISAPPOINTED

Won’t take orders for anyone if it isn’t DoorDash or Uber eats. Why even be open? This new style of fast food orders is a terrible model. Meanwhile, there are 4 workers playing with a ball outside wearing masks while they could be working the drive through. This is the death of fast food.
