Tried to support them twice and it was a failure both times. The first time they were out of fries and chicken. I came back 2 weeks later and the door was unlocked and it said closed at 9pm online. (I arrived at 6pm.) I came in and the rude worker greeted me by saying “we are close, do you see the sign on?” In a sarcastic tone. First, update your hours of operation online. Second, it’s a way to greet customers properly and professionally to let them know the store is closed. Be careful who you hire. We want to support but your staff will ruin everything. I won’t be going back for a 3rd time.

I went to the restaurant on the ninth and order a noodle bowl nachos two tacos and this is what they gave me for $50 is not worth it

Attempted to place an order over the phone. I was informed that they don’t take over the phone orders. Yet, orders can be placed via their website. I did ask if they had french fries because I went in a few weeks prior and was notified after we placed our order that they were out of fries. I placed an order for two combos both with 3 tacos and fries. I also wanted to order a small nacho and was told they were out of nacho chips. Then i wanted to order some wings. They only had two wings left. We ordered approximately 8:43pm and was told 20-25 min wait. My boyfriend went back in with our ticket number after 25 minutes and the lady said she didn’t remember our order. Until he repeated the order back to her. I waited another 15 minutes before going back in and it and it took a couple of minutes but she came out with the food and actually opened up the boxes. Me not realizing the tacos were burned. I was so hungry i was just excited to eat! We get home and the fries were not done all the way through. And baby these tacos were giving burnt grilled cheese with hints of roast beef in them. Now, this was my 2nd time here. The first time we just got the steak tacos and they were tasty and still didn’t have a lot of meat in them but that birria sauce was 💥! This time the sauce was watered down. We spent $47.95. Prayerfully it was just an off night for business or short staffed. She also advised for us to leave a review good or bad.

The Taco Drip has moved to 1920 Carr Street. We stopped in and the owner is such a gem for St. Louis.
She’s known for her authentic street tacos with a modern twist. This spot has quickly gained a reputation for serving up some of the best tacos around. Folks love their Birria tacos with the consume for dipping. For those of us who don’t eat meat with feet, there are plenty of fantastic pescatarian and vegetarian options, like the jackfruit taco or loaded shrimp fries.
This is a laid-back, urban vibe counter service spot. The decor is simple but stylish, with local art on the walls. There is no seating so know that before you go. There will also be a line and a wait because this spot is popular.

i waited 30 minutes for “authentic brilla” and that was the worst STREET TACO ive had in a minute.. Brilla flour tortilla shells are supposed to be DIPPED in the CONSUME then on the grill. Do yall even know what consume is??? i dont know what sauce yall sellin but that is not a real consume please do your research on REAL BRILLA before trying to whip up something quick. that sht was TERRIBLE AND COLD

The staff was super nice and welcoming, I can tell they’re very passionate about what they do. The food was also amazing, the ingredients tasted very fresh and they gave me plenty of extra sauces and limes. All around great service.

I would never patronize this business because lack of professionalism. All the negative reviews seem truthful and the owner has done nothing to improve. 1) Orders were placed via the fooda app and the orders were incorrect such as vegans ordering jackfruit tacos and finding out that they really have meat in their tacos instead. 2) False advertisement. 3 Tacos were advertised on the menu but only 2 tacos made it into the food trays for most orders. The vendor did try to correct this and offered vouchers for the people that got shorted out of a third taco but the vouchers went unused due to reason #3 3) She showed up for a second event at the employer site with NO FOOD and left after maybe 5 minutes without saying anything to her business point of contact for the booking. Mind you this was after people had already placed their orders ahead of time and charges were placed on their cards. It’s still unsure if these people received refunds or not. But this caused Fooda App to remove them as a vendor. Just money hungry and bad business. If this was a game of guess what race I’m sure most of you would guess correctly.
