Decent food but absolutely terrible service. One individual takes approximately 10 minutes to make one order. We placed a large online order and received notification that it would be ready in 15 minutes. We called to ensure the order was ready and learned that the order had never been received because the system was "down". The individual answering the phone curtly told me that he was busy and would not be able to take down my order, that I would have to either tell him our 12 part order in the store or text him pictures. We sent pictures and gave him 30 minutes. When we arrived, we found 3 people in line (definitely very busy...), and the individual stated he had not started on the orders at all. Incredibly unprofessional.

Highly disappointed in the food quality. I've had Taze before and I really like the food (that is why I am giving two stars instead of one) but today I ordered a salad and all the leaves were rotten. Double check your food from this place! I was unable to since I had it delivered to me.

I really want to like this place but I'm pretty consistently disappointed every time I eat here.
I live in the area and noticed the restaurant is not as successful as they used to be and no one is in the restaurant anytime I walk by. I bought their hummus and pita chips just to support local business and my mom and I both got food poisoning. I'm very disappointed because I used to love this restaurant now I will never go back. Hopefully they turn around, but I would be more excited to have a new restaurant in its place.

I had my heart set on falafel and hummus tonight. So I visited Taze at 9:25 PM and they were closed. What a bummer. I really enjoy the Taze downtown and they are consistent. However I live in the central west end and this one is really inconsistent from the product the staff and now hours of operation. Highly disappointed. Get it together guys!
