I'm visiting from out of town and was excited to have Thai food during my stay in STL. I only leave reviews if a place was exceptionally good or bad and unfortunately this is a bad review...My server was very sweet. The food wasn't great. I really love spicy food and particularly Thai food. I ordered the fried rice with chicken hot spice level and it was very wet and strangely cold in the middle but hot on the outside. The fried rice honestly had no flavor and was weirdly sweet and very little heat which I expected better for a Thai place in a major city. The chicken in my fried rice was in huge chunks and there were maybe 3 pieces and some of it was cold. Unfortunately I wasn't able to finish my meal because a roach crawled up on my table and onto the wall. I completely lost my appetite. I spoke to the waiter but they did not comp my meal or offer to make things right. There was an apology from the server which I really appreciated but at that point I was sick to my stomach and didn't want to stay any longer. I love dining at places that have a hole in the wall vibe but this was a hard pass. I would recommend checking out some of the other places Delmar loop has to offer!

The service here is excellent and the food is A-1.
The atmosphere however, is a bit dark and could use a little more ventilation. Otherwise, all is well.

Great servers and the restaurant decor is fun. The food was terrible though for thai food. The noodle dish was very sweet, tasted more like American Chinese than Thai food. And the curry was a flavorless thin layer poured below largely chopped vegetables and protein. Rice was overcooked and mushy. It's a shame, this place was decent a couple years back, but this was quite bad. However, my partner who has never had Thai before enjoyed it, so perhaps this place cooks for local tastes.

I leave reviews if a place is really good or really bad. When I walked in to the lobby the place looked old and dingy and smelled strange. If I would have been by myself I would have left there but I was with some friends that wanted to stay. We were seated facing a wall that had artwork taped to it with masking tape. The mirrors and pictures looked to have an oily film on them with a layer of dust stuck to it. The menu was sticky. In general the place seemed very dirty. The Pho soup I ordered was bland to say the least. A square glob of noodles, with oversized beef chucks. I had to chew forever to process on the one bite I took. I didn't even consider adding the brussell sprouts or wilted spinach to the soup. The grey colored balls I did not try. I attempted two or three times to eat the soup but couldn't. I barely touched the meal and was charged $18. First time in over a decade that I did not leave a tip.

We were somehow forgotten for our first 30 mins at the table then asked if we were ready to order. After we said yes the dude ran off for 5 more mins, brought us water and was never seen again. No one really seemed to work there except for the nice old man sweeping the floor with his homemade broom from Thailand. The food was excellent, 10 thumbs up to the kitchen. I took off a star for every roach I saw, the next few hours will determine if I come back or not.

Meh. I've definitely had better Thai. It was just mediocre. They did get the spice levels correct.

It was my first time trying their food, and I would not come back again. I ordered basil fried rice, pad Thai, and Tom yum soup. The basil fried rice didn't taste good at all. It was so dry and burnt that it tasted a bit bitter. The Tom yum soup was flat, and the pad Thai was also dry. All the food that we ordered didn't taste like Thai food at all. The server was slow even though they only had two other tables besides us. I think the price was overpriced for the taste of the food and the service.

I visited this place 2 days back. I ordered two starters and a fried rice.
The staters were good, but I am very disappointed with the fried rice.
First thing, the green and red peppers are not cooked enough. They are raw and next we got a fishy smell from it. We decided not to eat it and asked for the bill. Though we rejected the to go box, the employees didn’t care to ask the reason for leaving the food.

The food was not what we expected. We ordered the chicken satay and som tom. The chicken satay was dry and overcooked and the som tom had papaya with too much dressing without any other veggies as described in the menu. When we asked our server about the discrepancy between the menu and our food, we were told everything was fine.

The restaurant has 4.2 stars, which was really surprising for us. I'm not sure if management changed but I wish the reviews were more honest about the food.

I have been a customer for over a decade - and returned today after a 8 month hiatus. something has clearly changed - ownership / chefs / etc..

They made a Pad Krapow without basil !!! What??

Then a Pad Prik without green beans !!

This place was my go to Thai - clearly one of the best.

I will not come back unless I’m certain they have corrected this blasphemy.

Ordered the duck and it was all bone. Literally no meat. We talked to the waiter but was only offered an excuse that all portions were different. Ridiculous.

Probably a different style of Thai food not to our liking.

The service was very good and very friendly.

The pad Thai noodles were kind of tough so you couldn’t easily bite the ones hanging out of your mouth. Made eating them a little awkward. And the sauce was different than I’ve had before. Again just not to my liking. The shrimp in the pad Thai were cooked perfectly.
NOTE: this pad Thai was much much better left over the next day. I’m pretty sure it was undercooked and that was the reason it seemed substandard. But you know what they say. You don’t get a second chance to make a first impression.

The curry dish we got with eggplant and all the vegetables was good, but the rice was so sticky that it was just in a clump.

Learned a lesson not to order Chinese food in a Thai restaurant. Duh. The crab Rangoon had an overly sweet filling and was not crispy, even though it was fried. I wouldn’t recommend.

Unhappy with food and service.
Over charged me for sauce, everything tasted mushy and bland. Even fried egg rolls.

Wow. That was a big disappointment.
First of all, the rice was an overcooked glob. Totally inedible. Certainly nothing like jasmine rice should be.
Ordered the chicken with cashews - medium spicy. I didnt want the spice to kill me. But the dish was only barely mildly spicy- and that’s putting it - mildly. But it had some flavor. So it was decent.
The fried rice as ok.
Surely there must be better Thai food somewhere in the area.

Vegetarian options: Most dishes can be ordered as veg.
