It has been many years since I ate here, not sure what to expect. Everything was great. Service good, food good, experience good

Food was good. Served was just on her 3rd day and she made that known right away. She forgot about soup/salad and the ice cream at the end, we had to remind her. Otherwise she did good, food took a long time to come out of the kitchen and 3 dishes were wrong and had to be sent back.

I dont know where to begin. I havent been to the spaghetti factory since I was a kid and just recently like in November I took my daughter there for her birthday and it was a pretty great experience. Because of that experience, I decided to take my son there for his birthday today and it was the worst experience ever, ill probably never go back. Our waitress was not engaged at all and was very obviously not wanting to wait on us. I had made a reservation for his birthday, he walked in with a shirt that said it was his birthday plus a balloon that said it was his birthday. So when she came out with ice cream with no candle, I was kind of upset, she said "no one told her it was his birthday" but it was literally all over him plus there were presents at the table. When we asked for a candle she said yes, but then proceeded to take her other tables order. Before that she wanted to argue about how "they dont have chocolate ice cream there" even though I know for a fact they do as my daughter had it for her birthday and I have a picture. I just dont understand how 1 experience can be so great but the next can be so terrible.

Our table was ready as soon as we walked in the door, our food arrived quickly and was delicious and our server was very kind and attentive.

It was as good as always. Server was great. We got there early and were seated right away.

This location remains in the top ten in appearance, location and taste. For this particular reservation, it started out a little concerning and discombobulated. 30 minutes after the reservation time and we were still not seated. The entire party, including children, were getting very hungry and irritable. I had to finally ask a staff person to let me speak to a manager. The manager was extremely empathetic and apologized. The manager was also upfront and honest about the long delay past the reservation time. She then advised that she would provide complimentary drinks and appetizers to help make our experience better. I thought this was just wonderful and she made sure we were seated very promptly. Well done Old Spaghetti Factory- St Louis! We are thankful for you and taking care of customers and the community that you serve. My sister's birthday dinner went wonderful because of this manager and staff! Bravo!

Had reservations, we got there early and had a drink at the bar. Then we were seated, our server was absolutely amazing. Our food and drinks were served fast af boi!!!! Our appetizer was almost immediate after we ordered. And our salads were brought has soon has we set our forks down from the appetizer. And just the service was fast, food was great. And ambience on point. The wife loved the place, quite a bit to observe, lots of beautiful carpentry work to admire. Price point was good. If the service wasn't has great has it was. I would of not cared for the prices. But well worth it and our server needed a raise.

Had a wonderful waitress! We arrived about 50 minutes early (Polar Express ended sooner than I had planned) for our reservation. Since we had young kids we were hoping they could work us in early, mind you there were 12 of us, quite a big ask. Within 5 mins they had us seated! Our grandkids, kids & us grandparents all had food we enjoyed and a great atmosphere. Great memories made.

It had been a long 20+ years since we had been to the Old Spaghetti Factory on Lacledes Landing. Our dinner on Sunday was just like I remembered. The restaurant was just beautiful and sparkling with Christmas decor. We took our daughter for her birthday. We had a party of 8 and our food and service was excellent. Our waiter was so nice I believe his name was Braydon or Brandon. Will definitely not be waiting another 20 years to come back. We came on a Sunday afternoon and it was perfect. I loved that we set up our reservation with Open Table. All done with little effort.

We were seated promptly, however, our service wasn't great. Our server forgot the salads, was slow to do refills, and needed several prompts to complete our dining service. While the food was good, we were disappointed in the overall experience.

The building is cool, the dining room is cool. That's about it. Ordered 3 entrees that all came with Minestrone soup and bread service. The soup came out very watery, vegetables tasted raw, and it was cold. Sent them all back and waiter apologized but they had just put out the soup and they couldn't figure out how to get it hot. Kitchen was running behind and we were pushing for our order. A second bread service was brought out to help us wait and the second loaf of bread wasn't brown on the outside and tasted doughy in the inside. The entrees were so/so but I could have made the same thing myself in a microwave. Would not return here.

The restaurant was amazingly accommodating, we had a large party with extra members tagging along at the last minute. Food was great and the staff was fantastic.

We stopped here last evening and it was very nice! Just love their creamy pesto salad dressing! Our service was great too! Always a fun place to go! Finishing the meal with spumoni is perfect! Definitely recommend!
