We had a reservation at 630 we where hear b4 and took over 2 hours to get our food and we watched more people show up after and get served and leave b4 we even got our food the mg did nothing for use by the time we got check it was 9 will not come back it's gone down hill hear for sure

This was rhe worst service I have had in years at any resturant. We really enjoy tje spaghetti factory but today I had to convince myself not to walk out. Took exceptionally long to have anyone wait on us. Drinks never brought to table, bread not brought to table until maybe 25 min after being seated

Growing up in St. Louis this is one of the last treasures from my childhood. Back in the early 80s we would come here on a field trip and learn proper etiquette. We’d get dressed up in our fanciest clothes. Learn how to use our cloth napkin, which fork to use for what dish. How to eat spaghetti with a fork and spoon. Such a wonderful memory. We love this restaurant so much the we even had our rehearsal dinner here the night before our wedding!

My daughter has always wanted to sit in the trolley in the restaurant. However, the tables in the car have always been 2-seaters. It wasn't busy at lunch when we went during the week, so the host set us up in the trolley and an adjacent table just outside so we were able to be together.
Waitress was nice. Decor was great. Bathrooms were clean.
Prices seem to have gone up a lot since we were last here 1.5 years ago.
