Went to the Ritz last night for their New Years Celebration. My shoe strap broke when walking in and I didn’t know what to do. But the staff there saved the day. I’ve never experienced such amazing hospitality. They saw me struggling and came to my rescue. Shoutout to Kenna for helping me. Disappointed no one told us at check in that breakfast ended at 10 AM on a Saturday!! We were not doing room service.
Pleasantly surprised and highly recommend Coleen’s Cafe a very short walk away!! Wonderful welcoming staff and food was affordable and delicious.
