20 out of 10, highly recommend! My son came down with the flu while we were on vacation. I called guest services to ask for a thermometer. Security quickly brought it, checked his temperature and let us keep it for the duration of our stay. Even came back a few minutes later with extra batteries just in case. Less than an hour later, I received a text from in room dining management asking if there was anything they can bring for him (ginger ale, soup, crackers, etc). Every single staff member I spoke with after the thermometer request asked how he was doing, offered to help, etc. The service of this staff is absolutely incredible. I used room service a good bit for my meals as well since he was sick and we had to stay in the room. All of the food was amazing! Beds and bedding are extremely comfortable. Will definitely be staying at Four Seasons every time we return. I’m very grateful for the above and beyond customer experience.

Just cheap out of a box bar food. They spent way too much on the venue and not enough on the quality of the food. The descriptions of the food on the menu were well written but very deceiving. Menu kept describing food as cooked on wood fired grill, no evidence of that. Can you say “where’s the beef?” I have gotten a better burger at a high school concession stand. Please take the time to toast the bun. Get smaller buns if you are serving small burgers, too much bun, I did not eat the top. . The mac and cheese was cold and chewy. It had some sort of weird cajun spice in the sauce. Ate 3 bites and done. Hubby had the .75 cent wings. They were ok he said, small and not much meat on them. I wonder if those are the ones you get on .75 cent night and they bring out better ones on regular nights? Hubby said the beer choices were pretty good, he had two draft Amber Bock’s. I just had iced tea. With tip we spent $58. The place is really clean, but it’s very new. I guess if you’re younger and just wanna get out and hang with your friends in a casual upscale place and eat cheap food it’s perfect for that crowd. As we drove toward the venue for our show that evening in Edwardsville and saw all the local places in the choices available, we were kicking ourselves. Will definitely go into Edwardsville and eat next time.

Exceptional staff. I was staying here while I went to a doctor’s appointment and I ended up getting good news. Karin from the front desk left me a sweet card and dessert in my room. That is so thoughtful ❤️

This was my first time at any Top Golf location. It was so fun! It was just $30 for an hour of play for 6 of us! We ended up adding an additional hour. You get to pick different games to play - Sonic was by far our favorite. So you’re not just hitting the balls at the targets you see out on the course, but rather based on the game you pick - the screen will show you where to hit. We didn’t get any food or drinks, but definitely would like to come again and try them out. The only drawback was that for each person who’s never been, you have to pay a $5 membership fee (that they say is just for the first time). I feel like that should have been made more clear. No big deal, but it was confusing at first.

We got rained on and still had a blast. Service was great.

the only con we had doing TopGolf was:

the employee did not do any short tutorial going over the process of the system/changing of games, etc.

The Four Seasons experience went above and beyond our expectations for our hotel stay... We stayed there ringing in the New Year celebrating our wedding anniversary. The service from every staff member was on point, everyone from the hotel concierge to the bell hop went out of their way to make our stay memorable in the finest sense. Our room was upgraded to a room with an Arch view upon arrival and when we made it to our room we were greeted with a kind note from the GM giving us a warm welcome as well as a complimentary bottle of champagne on ice - totally beyond our expectations. the rooms are spacious with a breathtaking view of downtown St. Louis and the Arch. Among the best perks were the spa amenities which are provided with the hotel stay - never felt so relaxed in my life. The whirlpool tub is a religious experience and the masseuse was attentive to my wishes to apply gentle pressure. Thank you Four Season's Hotel St. Louis for making our stay in St. Louis an unforgettable, renewing retreat.

While the hotel is ok, the service was heinous. The checkin process was chaotic and the valet was rude and unattentive. Also, our room had visible dust on the furniture. When bringing this to the attention to onsite management, we were told they would "talk" to the staff but could not offer compensation... mind you that was not ever requested and was quite insulting to say the least. The goal was not seek money...the goal was to be treated with dignity. Overall the experience was unwelcoming and I would be remiss not to infer that African Americans are not the desired clientele. With the cost of this room, I would advise Black people to lodge somewhere else. I will never return.

An employee at the Sky Terrace Bar left my card open after I cashed out and charged $67.86, my total bill was only $31.14. I left an $8 tip so I only should have been charged $39.14. As of today, the GM Sarah has not contacted me to rectify the issue. The local news has been contacted. You all will be hearing from them soon.
