I've been here a handful of times over the last year and every time it seems to get worse. This place is NOT friendly to the LGBTQIA+ community. The last time I went in, I was met with attitude from the door guy and they were charging a $5 cover charge for men. Okay, whatever. But then he purposefully misgendered one of my friends I was with and when we showed him the ID, he told us to lose the attitude. A few more girl friends came by and they were met with the same attitude but he tried charging them $5 too. So it just seems like they're trying to scam people out of money. On top of all that, I'm always met by rude staff. I really wanted to like this place because it's a neighborhood bar and other people seem to have great things to say, but I just can't support what's going on there.
Kent and Sarah were great behind the bar. Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with good prices. I played a few games of pool and had a good time. The pool table looked well taken care of.
