My husband and I ordered dinner to take up to our hotel room. First of all you have to go downstairs and pick up your own food from the restaurant inside the hotel, which they consider room service , so you are charged a service fee. The cheeseburger and fries had so much salt. You could literally press your hand down and salt was just pouring off of your hands. Also, vegan dish was tasteless. I need someone to explain to me just what happened, like exactly what was the problem, last night (Valentine's Day). We were left sitting there at our table for 90+ minutes and never saw one crumb of food - NOT ONE SPECK. After taking our order, our server NEVER came back to our table once - not even one time - to check on us.
