I stumbled across this by accident and I'm glad that I did. The basic country loaf is great. All of the variants so far have been great--the olive and herb is fantastic.

The focaccias are wonderful. That Funeral Potato version is killer for a crowd. Can't wait to try the mushroom.

The shokupan (Japanese milk bread) is outstanding!!! Light and airy, yet spongy and firm. It made great katsu sandos and fruit sandos. I will be ordering much more bread soon! Five Stars!!
