I had the Colossal Traditional Gyro with tater tots, and they were great! My Dad had the Italian Sausage Sandwich and said it was fine, not bad at all but not as good as he's had before, but that could've been his tastes. He also got the Vinnie's Fried Potatoes, and he really liked those. I "stole" some as well and agree. My Mom had the Greek Salad and enjoyed it.

Everything was made fresh while I waited, and the place is small and eclectic with lots of things to look at and read on the walls.

Baklava pinwheels came out of the oven during the wait as well, prompting the purchase of those as well, and they were delicious, especially warm.

Vinnie's provides the feel of an old mom and pop restaurant. Prices are great and the portions are nothing to sneeze at. Every item ordered was quite tasty and served up quickly. Staff was prompt and courteous as well.

Grate gyro

This place is a great place to go for a gyro. So yummy and the staff is very friendly.
The indoor seating allows for great conversations amongst others. They also have an outdoor seating area but I have yet to use it.
Street parking. Never had a problem finding a place.

I love this place. It's a 40 minute drive , but worth it at least once a week for us.. Hands down the very Best Reubens in St. Louis.
