They didn't open until 10:15am. Then, they were all outside smoking, and some dark older lady said they still close clearly it states the open at 10 am

Why everytime I DoorDash something on west Florissant it takes forever! And why does door automatically send people to those areas! They don’t do nothing right at all!!!

Went to this location on 1-24 and had placed a mobile order for a value menu chicken sandwich, I had my door dash app on during the 45 minute wait to get a simple chicken sandwich. So I ended up getting double door dash orders and I had informed them through the drive thru box, no issues until I got up to the window 20 minutes after the 45 minute wait just to place the order, then the lady in the window was being extremely rude about how I’m not allowed to order food if I’m picking up a door dash order… okay so basically you’re saying you don’t want to work here because you’re costing your company money by being arrogant at a fast food place that obviously requires absolutely nothing to get. The food was cold and it looked like an angry 3 year old made it. Grow up, you’re being paid to work… I’m sure management would not approve of this at all

There is no way I pull up to the speaker and wait there over 5 minutes with no feedback. I asked three different times should I come to the window to order or are y’all open. I drove by and saw a lady in red with short hair laughing. She also had a headset on. I circled around to come back to the speaker, again nothing. I asked the same questions again. I pull off and she laughs while starting to say “Can I.” I come around again and see her walking from a screen laughing. It was around 9:05pm give or take a few minutes. Had to come to Burger King instead!

Slowest service ever and you can't even open the doors. Everyone's got to go through the drive through which takes forever. I've never in my life seen a drive through. Take 30 freaking mix to get your order. And then it's cold when you get it.

After making a mobile order in the app and going to the drive through where I indicated I would pickup my food in the app, I was told to come inside. The woman working the desk was very rude, I asked for an extra bbq sauce because I also had a burger and would like it, she rudely said it should be a quarter, so I said i only have a card. The man who worked on the line nicely said he'd put one in for me. But her demeanor made me decide not never patronage this location again. I had to make another order at the desk and the man who took my order was very nice. The men who helped in this order made the score a two, but if you want good service go to the location on Page. They treat you like trash here.
