I ordered a Dave's Double and other items at the drive-thru. On my way cruising down the road, I grabbed my sandwich only to find it was a Dave's single. Very disappointed. The drive-thru person was friendly.

HOURS VERIFIED. 6:30am-12am everyday. I tried the breakfast special, coffee and egg and cheese biscuit $3.00!. Ok first of all.. DELICIOUS ?. Hot coffee, hot food, great price... Wendy's you got it right.. customer service off the chains. I give RESPECT when it's due.

Went through the drivethru and ordered two breakfast sandwiches. Wasn’t busy, there was no one behind me or in front of me. When I got home, I realized that they were not at all what I had ordered or paid for. I drove back and went inside. Nobody apologized for the inconvenience and even the manager there didn’t acknowledge the issue. I ended up waiting almost 10 minutes for my replacement food. Poor customer service.

Omg! How rude! Just left there. The workers were absolutely terrible. So rude and had an attitude. I just wanted to get a small frosty as a pregnancy craving. But I just pulled off. So mean. you don’t have to be super nice. But not obsoletely terrible. Do. Better.
