Walked up at 7:30 on a weeknight and all of the doors were locked. Unbelievable. Apparently food is for car drivers only.

Terrible, drive threw was blocked off with cones when I finally talked to the employee they yelled at me saying they weren't serving me even though it's a 24 hour restaurant they gave me nothing but a ignorant attitude very disappointed. You shouldn't talk to customers like that if it were me at my job I'd be fired immediately.

I came up to this location ordered my food as normal, went home and saw that my 9 price chicken ring was not included in my order. I immediately called the location to let them know and was told to come to the location to recieve the 9 pc. I informed them I’d already made it home and was told to provide my name and it would be placed in the back office for the next time I visit. Here it is February 5 and I’m at the location being told that if I don’t have the managers name and the receipt, that i can’t receive the 9 pc. I informed the woman that I was not informed of any of this information during the call. Instead of reaching out to a manager, I was automatically viewed I guess as just trying to scale them out of a 9 piece chicken ring. Couldn’t offer a drink or anything for the misinformation provided, just attitude and being cut off..1 less customer.

Fresh food. Went twice , middle of the day and late night, each time was fresh.

This location really needs to learn some professionality. They are beyond rude. I bought a fish sandwich and it was burnt. I requested some ketchup and they didn't give it to me. When I finally got their attention, they acted like I was a problem. I will never spend my money here again. I can not stress enough on how rude the employees are!
