I only gave 2 stars because I waited 5 minutes to order 4 minutes for my food to get to the window for the young man who by the way was polite, to say we're only accepting cards.....(the auto person took my order )

Why have a phone number if you’re not gonna answer it? It sounds like it’s somebody’s cell phone and not even White Castles phone. They’re cheap and ridiculously do not care. As an Uber or DoorDash or you are supposed to go inside the lobby to receive your food. Half the time the lobby is open when it’s supposed to be and the other half it’s not, so when I go through the drive thru because it doesn’t look open in the lobby, then they tell me that I have to somehow get out of a line of 11 people and COME INSIDE TO GET THE ORDER. Keep the damn dining room hours the same so this doesn’t happen. It screws me out of money, and the customer is never happy because this only takes so much longer.

On Sunday, I decided to purchase something for my grandson and requested no onions. However, the young man handed me a bag with cold fries and burgers, including onions. I went inside and spoke to the young lady, who called the young man but he refused to come out of the back room. She made everything fresh without any extra charge and included additional burgers in the bag. My first visit and my last visit to this establishment.

They're always super slow (you might spend 40 minutes in the drive thru). Food is ok. Be mindful of your surroundings...that corner isn't the safest.

The virtual voice assistant in the drive through wasn’t working to take orders. I pulled away without my drink, normally your drink is given out while waiting on your food, but it wasn’t. Tje young lady handed me my food and said have a good day, so without thinking went and pulled away. Immediately realized as I pulled out of the parking lot that I didn’t get my drink. Feeling stupid I drove around the block and went inside to get the drink. LOL Two people left without getting what they wanted because of not being able to place their order and ai guess not wanting to pull up to the window or go inside. Hopefully they get it fixed soon. Otherwise everything was a typical stop for fast food.
Meat just tastes weird now,they're not the same as they used to be or maybe it's just the location.Service isn't to far behind that also...they mostly ignore you until they feel like it??...and I feel there is no good reason in the world for a company to not give you restroom access to local tax payers,how disrespectfully rude is that jester ?!

Average 4.5 stars. Their sliders always seem to be freshly made and hot. I'm a big fan of the two double bacon cheeseburgers and a large chocolate milkshake! And yes, White Castle's shakes at least double the size of Amy other fast food restaurant chains! Good job guys!!!Dietary restrictions: I don't think I'd take a vegetarian there, but then again I don't date bc vegetarians! ?Kid-friendliness: For sure!Wheelchair accessibility: Parking, entrance, and restrooms
