I grew up on white castles it was right down the street from my home at 5210 Wells. The white castles was on the corner of Wells and Kings highway.I lived there from the age of 8-17 but my parents lived there longer. I can remember watching the ladies put the onion on the grill and then the patties on top then the bread and then watch them box them. I always said when I grow up I am going to work white castles and believe it are not I did. WoW how times have changed. I will ALWAYS...
