Drove from Oklahoma to Chicago (born n raised) so of course I had to stop for some sliders..taste just as I remembered they would very delicious..ended up taking a crave case and a sack of chicken rings back home to Oklahoma for others to try..but of course I'd be back, I'll always come back ???

Waited over 15 minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers. Then, they weren't fresh at all. The first time I've to a white castle and the burgers were old, not fresh.
The wait is ridiculous as they could have the person in front of me pull up as I just ordered 2 burgers. Why would you make people wait? They need to revisit their policies on drive thru customers with special orders. Not at all good service or food, go to the one in Kirkwood Commons, it's definitely...

Had a funny/odd unidentified smell when I first walked in but when I got to the counter and it smelled good. The girl offered me ice water I did not even have to ask and they cooked it fast they have superb customer service and it was spotless very clean. 3 young black ladies did not get their names and they are cuties :)
