service at this McDonald's is absolutely the worst!!!!! the employees are extremely rude for no reason. I was in the drive thru and began to place my order " may I have a #7 with" and was immediately cut off and asked what I wanted to drink. I told the person I wasn't done with the order and went to continue and they cut me off again to ask what I wanted to drink. they did this 2 more times not allowing me to say only pickle and ketchup. Ordered through application at 10:35 pm. Arrived at store at 10:40 pm. I was told that although the app allows orders and payment, the location cannot see or honor the order and that a refund would be processed the next day. After I placed a new order, the young lady at the window just stuck her hand to take money and later thrust the food out - no verbal interaction whatsoever. The food also looked poorly made with old product and tasted that way as well-fries included.
Ordered a single cheeseburger for my 15-month-old off of my rewards and it was burnt on the bottom bun find on the top bun cheese falling off the side wasn't completely wrapped before stuck in the bag either
