This place came recommended to us by a friend. We visited it while in St. Louis and when I tell you this is a rough part of town please take me at my word.The building is really old and in need of repair and it's about the only thing open in this little run down strip mall.We ordered by phone and the ordering process was very easy. Food quality and taste - excellent. Portion size - standard. Price - high comparable with other chop suey places. Customer service - horrible. I asked for a small cup of water so that I could take some pills he responded I have water for you to buy come on really.
