Absolutely rude! We got the “build a bucket” which says quote on quote “choose your own sides” but the lady (dark reddish hair in a long braid) goes to say we can’t choose our own sides, we didn’t have time to argue so just left it be, then when we’re checking out, she practically slams drink cups on the counter and then proceeds to leave before we even put our card in the reader, I’ve never had such a rude encounter with ANY fast...read full review
First off, drive through. It was beyond slow. Secondly, they had no food available. No mashed potatoes, no white meat, no bowls. And the drive through lady was rude.Very rude, i'm very disappointing because I have gone there several times and this is the worst experience. I've had
