Downloaded app and placed order. Got there and app said order was ready. Went to drive up and was told online order pickups were inside only. Went inside, gave them my name and it was apparent that they had not started my order. Was told they were out of original chicken. Got home and discovered only one biscuit when there were supposed to be two.
Was told i had to wait 20 minutes because they had to make chicken. That was around 1:15 and I didn’t get my food until about 2:30. I was told it would be brought out to me so after 30 minutes i went in to ask for it and they said to go back to my car. Soda was flat, fries were cold, and they didn’t give me my ranch that I had to pay for. The sandwich was good but not worth waiting over an hour.
All the 3 employees were on their phones. My order was incorrect. I probably won't come back to this location.

Overall, the staff’s dedication and quick service help make the visit enjoyable despite occasional stock issues.
