This is a tough one for me we've been going to Oberweis for 20+ years. I'm aware that ownership transitioned and ever since then it's been what I would say is okay. The ice cream itself is still very good but downsizing the paper cups from glass dishes when eating in and obviously getting smaller serving sizes as a result and having to spend a whole year without having certain ice creams that were Staples known to the Oberweis Community it just seems like you're...

Smelled really good in the place and the staff were pretty nice but nothing special. The ice cream is good and I get a cup of chocolate ice cream with m&m's which is basic but it is a good treat if you're craving ice cream. The service was slow but good. I like this place and i will go once in awhile if im craving ice cream. I will say however, the scheduling manager needs to look up events and plan accordingly because there was concert for a school and it ended...

Correcting my previous review as Robyn (the store manager) handled everything so great. Went in today and Anna was amazing!! Anna was so sweet, kind, and made our ice cream amazing!! Thank you both so much! This is why we love Oberweis! ☺️
